Our Company
reVision Homes is a New Jersey based limited liability company founded by Giovanni Maggipinto. Our mission is to bring new life to aging neighborhoods through the redevelopment of distressed and obsolete houses. reVision Homes provides beautiful, high quality homes to our customers, utilizing advanced renovation and building practices. We strive to follow “smart growth” strategies and revitalize established neighborhoods in a responsible and thoughtful manner.

Our Founder
reVision Homes is a private family owned company operated by its founder and sole principal, Giovanni Maggipinto.
Giovanni has been working in and out of the real estate and construction industries for more than 20 years. After graduating from Lehigh University with a BS in Civil Engineering, he assumed numerous leadership roles, ranging from an officer in the Army Corp of Engineers, to working as a production manager for a prestigious California winery. Giovanni has been honing his business and management skills all along the way. Giovanni is also a sophisticated financial investor. In addition to his role developing financial controls as a supply manager, he spent many years learning and practicing technical stock analysis and risk management. He now uses that experience to make wiser real estate investment decisions.
Giovanni returned to his roots in 2004. After building his first spec house, he founded reVision Homes, and later obtained his real estate license in the state of New Jersey. Giovanni’s unique experiences bring together advanced knowledge of construction management practices and a personal hands-on understanding of the best building techniques. He has a deep appreciation for the wealth building opportunities available through real estate.
